God will provide a way, I have no doubt about that!

Dear Eternal Family of Mine,

Well we certainly had a week of events. This week was very long... It was good for the most part, but a lot was difficult about it as well! It was semester break at the college so we had all our investigators gone... and it was very rough for us there. We are in the city and finding is not so easy here, and to have all your investigators gone, it was just rough.

We spent our whole week on this finding journey to get new investigators and be able to find those that are elect. We went to our farthest area from the city, because very few missionaries have gone there to teach. We found a lot of willing people to listen. We are just scared because in Pacol, they are far away and not the richest people so going to church might be hard, but I have faith in Jesus Christ that he will provide a way for them.

So as I said last week I went to Ma-ao and we taught a lot of good people that were in the middle of the mountains! We did end up teaching Sister S. family and it was really good! I don't know what will come of it, but we extended out a baptismal invitation. God will provide a way, I have no doubt about that!

We had this one new referral from a sister in our ward, she brought this 13 year old with her to church. This girl is a bit chubby and I could tell has some serious self esteem issues. She is so smart though! Her mom wanted her to be taught and so we did and man this girl, T., rocks! I hope we can help her build her self esteem! I know Gods creations are perfect and all of us our beautiful for who we are! I hope we can stop the ridicule of others and just love one another! Every soul is great in the eyes of God.

Oh a special shout out to the Nuttel Family for sending me that card! It was real nice to receive some mail! Thank you so much!

Next week my trainer goes home, Elder Crosland. November 5th. So if you want to go to his home coming, try getting a hold of his family! It is sad to see to many Elders go! I will miss the guy!

Thank you so much for the pics and stuff! I can't wait to see all your shining faces and talk with all of you in December! I am stoked! I love you! I know this church is true, that the fullness of the gospel was restored by a prophet even Joseph Smith! I know our Father in Heaven is watching out for us and he loves us and is willing to help us as long as we put our trust in him! I love you and miss you. Keep those shoes on!

Love,
Elder Minson

...this mission, last month, had 590 baptisms for the Month of September!!!!! That is crazy!!!

Dear a group of persons who form a household under one head, including parents, and children,

(Yes I did just copy that off of dictionary.com to think of a title!)

HAHA, alright!! How are all you doing? Brigham you are old now Happy Birthday! Brody your too tall... Dad I am stoked for the business! Mom your amazing and keep pushing for school!

Alright, so this week has been very interesting with lots of heart breaks and trials, but with lots of blessings as well! :) So I will start with SL. She is an amazing girl and is super elect! She was one of the College Students we met through the FHE at the Alajar Families home! She is super spirtually sensitive and is so willing to learn the gospel! She has been to church 4 times I think now. We decided to give her a Baptismal date of November 1st. Well she was hesitant the night we gave it to her (friday night). Later that night i had a feeling I needed to send her an assignment and 3rd Nephi 11 came to my mind! So I sent that through text. The next morning we had an appointment with her before she left for semester break. I asked if she read her assignment (expecting that she hadn't because it was late when I gave it to her), but surprisingly she did! She said it was an answer to her question! She knows the church is true and is getting ready for baptism! Well sadly this morning got a text from her that her parents aren't giving permission...... She is 18 so she can choose for herself but she wants parent support, so I am going to where she lives again in the bukid and I am going to nicely... talk to her parents! I have never seen someone converted unto the Gospel! She wants this so bad! After our lesson on Saturday morning she cried and asked to help get permission from her parents, and to keep praying that they will understand like she does! So please pray as hard as you can! We can use all the help we can get!

Sister M is pretty much the same story... She knows it is true and loves it, but she is terrified of her mother! When she finally got the guts to talk I guess her mom freaked... I am really fed up with parents ... She says it isn't her time to get baptized... I don't know what else to do! Please pray for her as well!!

Zone Conference was really good! President told us that this mission last month had 590 baptisms for the Month of September!!!!! That is crazy!!! We are one of the top missions in the world (not to sound arrogant, but yeah!)!!! It was so cool to hear! We had a lot of good small and simple things President said we could improve on that will make us so much better missionaries!

Well We are in a huge need of new investigators. So we went to this pretty far out area away from the city and you can just feel the good from it! The people were so curious to see us, as we walked they were interested! Probably been a long time sense the have seen any missionaries in that area! So we got some new investigators out there! We are going to focus out there tomorrow to really push the progress! Please pray to get this area into shape!

Well other then that not much else has happened! Happy Birthday again Brigham! Miss you pal! Love you all! I miss you all to death! I am continuing onward doing all I can to keep focused please keep strong! Please Pray for us! Let me know if there is anything I can do or anything I can pray for all of you! I love you thank you so much!

Love,
Elder Minson
